05 Mustang pics.

I'm bored and there's still a ton of snow on the ground so I'll post a few pics we took in the fall of 2006.
You can tell the difference with the 2007 pics due to the hoodpins and lower fog lamps in the airdam.
The car is an 05 Mustang GT with a Saleen supercharger putting out 500rwhp 475rwtq.

Yup,
I had a little mishap and broke one of the headlights so I took the opprtunity to upgrade.

Yes it is, (as I knock on wood).
It is tuned by JDM Engineering which has nearly 1000 of these setups on the road.
I have a Teksid block and i will be building a complete motor as money permits.

What the car really needs is a set of 14" Wilwoods for the front at least.

Meh, I'd keep mine over the Saleen wheels.

Have you looked at any CCW's or true forged? They make some similar to the BBS but I think they are noticably cheaper.

Those are beautiful but a forged bottom end and 14" Wilwoods come first.

Are the wilwoods the light weight drag versions or just the "nasty stop on a dime and suck you eyeballs out when you stand on the brakes"?

Question: Before you added your hood pins, did you get some pretty horrific hood shake at speeds above 65? Ive got the same hood on my 05, no hood pins, and its not the real light race edition, and sometimes I get extremely nervous that without hood pins its going to come up on me one day.
