Hi Gang, My friend and I decided to have some Easter Sunday fun today. Beautiful weather outside...about 75 and sunny. He owns a 2005 hayabusa. Exhaust, extended but otherwise stock. He is the original owner and can ride the hell out of this bike. He's one of those guys who can ride it sideways with the tire spinning etc. Not a novice rider to say the least. We decided to do 50-150 rolls on a nice long stretch of 3 lane road. Plenty of room and zero traffic. To be honest I thought it would be close but as the race went on he would pull harder and harder on me. I was wrong. First race (expecting the worst) not only did I pull on him but I stayed pulling until we shut down. I was a little shocked as I know his bike is probably a low 140's trap and my car should be near that or maybe slightly higher. He was maybe 10-15 feet behind me...cant really say how many lengths as it was a slow pull. Second race same exact result. I shut down at around 160 seeing if that made any difference but it didn't. Feeling pretty good after 2 wins against a busa! We pulled over afterwards and he demanded a ride in the vette. Haha. He then told me maybe his bike was due for a tune up! lololol. My mods are in my sig. I'm making a bit more power as I'm running race fuel currently.
