05 concept Lightning

I know this is a cobra forum......... Just wondering if any of you guys had heard anymore about whether Ford was going to move forward with that BAD*** Lightning with the cold air boost kit???

There was a blurb written about it in the SVTOA magazine. They mentioned the cost was something like $700 or something. If it does what they claim and it didn't cost too much to install I'd look into getting it.

I dont think it will be as "BAD" as the concept truck and SVT seems to be hinting that it wont have the cold air boost. Never know untill it hits the showrooms. Still should be one bad a$$ truck hopefully faster than the Dodge SSR-T.

I read recently that they are still going for that 500hp #. The Dodge truck for sure has them making sure they still own bragging rights.
