05 aviator heads- valve guide question

I need to get a set of exhaust valve guides for my 05 aviator heads im putting on my teksid block and it looks like they offer a "late style threaded valve guide" and the normal pressed in valve guide for the 4.6 dohc engines.

Does anyone know what type I need for a set of 05 aviator heads?

Go to ModFords and post the question there in the Terminator section, then get ready for an education from Ed. If there is something that relates to these engines (and plenty of others) he'll know it.

As an FYI (although you might already know), the '05 Aviator heads are just upgraded versions of the OE Terminator heads that originated from the Aviator program.

yeah i sourced the 05 avi heads specifically for the updated head for better cooling and more plug threads. I wanted a "C" head and got a decent lower mile set for cheap. replacing the slightly worn exhaust guides and rest of head checked out good.

I've found that these heads take the normal pressed in style guide. Thanks for your time
