I have been lookin at lightnings for awhile, but still haven't had too much luck, because I still have to sell my damn chevy. I found some pretty good deals on the newer body style f-150's, but was wondering about supercharging one. I know everyone sells their stock eatons, and what not moving up to whipple's, and etc.. But here's the question. If I did get a newer f-150, other than the 3v heads, and the old l's having two, would I be able to piece together a sort of supercharger kit from used parts, and my second part to the question, is would it be worth it. I have heard from various people that the newer ford trucks are pigs compared to older ones, but the weight of the old, and new isn't that much different from what I have researched. Thanks in advance for the input.

You wouldnt be able to use a L eaton blower on the new motors. Look for some aftermarket kits for that year truck. They are around.
