05-08 block questions need fast answers

will a 05-08 block work for my 98 cobra heads dohc i want to build up a motor but i want to keep the stock block stock and i found a 05-08 block but idk if the heads will bolt on or all the accessories b/c thats a 3v block and mine is a 4v

please help me out on this
