yes it should fit...99-04 gt's use the same h pipe as 99-01 cobras...

I have one out of a 98 GT on my Cobra. So I would think the 99+ would fit.

Yep, I've got an x-pipe and cat-back from an'03 Cobra on my car. I was originally told it was all '99 - '04 parts that were the same but I've heard of a few pre '99 swaps too.
