04 cobra lower supercharger crank pulley cage rubbing on crank pulley

No, remove and inspect. There are rubber bushing/dampers connecting the two pulley that get sloppy. Possible problem or the bearing in the outer pulley. But either way definitely not supposed to have interference.
Take the outer belt off and check for play, grab 12 and 6 and wiggle go from there.
