love the sound of the MS4...I had the MS3 in bird but the MS4 has that nasty LSA and gives it a sweet choppy exhaust.

yeah, 24k on a trade is damn good specially with the mods. That usually makes it harder to do trades. My Cobra is easily worth 24k...wish I could find dealer that would give me that kind of coin.
