03 Whipple belt size

[727Cobra]

I need to know which belt would fit for a 3.0 pulley on a Whipple with a Billetflow 4 piece (3-100's, 1-90) idler set, stock alt and tensioner, and a Metco 4 lb lower. From the closest I can gather it's a 77" belt, but I have to order it before being able to check it and want to make sure I get it right the first time.

just a question? shouldn't you at least have a 3.2" alt. pulley with that 4 lbs. lower? if not you'll probably screw up your battery in less than a month of driving. this is what i found on cobrabobs website:

3.00 4 lb. 1-100mm

Correct. With the 4# lower you will need a 3.2 alt pulley. Without it you can over spin the alt and shorten it's life.
