I went to the track for the 1st time with the Whipple and DR's. I only had one clean pass and the car has more in it. I am on the stock clutch and stock halfshafts so I took it easy off the line (1,500 RPM's of the line).

My 1st time in the 11's the car has the trap to ET much better but it will have to wait until I put level two's in.

Mods:

140ax 3.00 pulley (17lbs)
RWTD Tune
315 Hoosier DR's on AFS 10.5 wheels (sleeper look)
Exhaust
MM Subframes
BF Diff Brace
FIPK
PPRV-delete
BAP
MGW-shifter
Full weight convertible with me at 185lbs

I missed 4th gear on the 2nd run... could not get 4th to save my life LOL I put on the breaks and went 12.1 at 96 LOL.

1st run

I short shifted 2nd because I was not use to traction :bash:

60ft......1.975 (ERRRR)

1/8........7.613
mph.......99.35

1/4.........11.602 (new best & 1st 11)
mph........125.71

2nd run

12.172 @ 96

Hell yeah!! Congrats and way to drive like you care about your car. Now that's somewhere we can meet and run our cars. I'll be going to Beech Bend ASAP! Hopefully a few of us can meet there. Your car looked like it was pulling like a freight train.

I will plenty in advance too. Looking forward to it.

With 99.35 mph in the 1/8th and taking it easy (smart move I might add) your car would run 10's easy.:beer:

I wish I had 16" Bogarts because then if we met at the dragstrip I'd let you borrow them. You can borrow my skinnies but the rears won't fit without some grinding.

Humm I like to use the skinnies just to see how they feel. Lloyd may soon be getting slicks like you have

Quite a bit. I'm just saying if you're going to get new ones just get the 16" Bogarts and be done with it. Or go with the 16" Billet Specialties that Jegs/Summit sells. They look really good and are cheap.
