will this work and if so how do i do it? also how much do you think a 99 spoiler is worth in the open market?:beer:

It can work but not without modifying the rear deck. The '99 and '00 spoilers had 3 holes in the deck where the '01 and up had 2, plus none of the holes line up. You would have to fill and paint the deck then drill new holes for the other spoiler. It would probably be easier/cheaper to buy a rear deck and spoiler and just swap the whole thing out.
Agreed. Find a 2003/2004 Decklid and wing and have it painted, then sell yours off to help offset the cost.
