03 L headlights the same as 01?

Hi,

Simple question, im about to order some Lightning headlights for my dads 01 L....but the part # is M-13006-L03 (and M-13200-L02 for the side lamps) which shows to be OEM for an 03 lightning and fits 97-03 F-150. So whats the deal, will these fit my dads 01L? If so, whats the difference between 01 and 03L lights?

BTW reason we need them, is because the previous owner swapped in stock F-150 lights before it went to the dealer we bought it from.

Well are you sure its an 01 and not a 00?
and yes they will fit, i have HD headlights in from an 03 in my 00 L

They all fit 97-03 (04 heritage only) but the 01-04 L had the same clear headlights vs the older poop looking ones.

Yes , they are the same. I have an extra set of 01's and also a set of black projectors. If you are interested please P.M. me.
