03 cobra with stock pulley maxed out pumps

Car seems to run fine expect under WOT when I hit 6k rpm. I dataloged and the fpdc hits .50 around 5500 rpm. I'm still running the stock pulley so I don't see how I would max out the pumps. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

When was the last time the fuel filter was changed? Is voltage dropping in the higher rpm?

Fuel filter was swapped out in September, I would need to data log again not sure if the voltage dropped at higher rpms.

If the alternator is going out it won't be able to power the pumps.
