03 Cobra Wheel question.

My chrome 03 wheels came in today and my dealer knows nothing about this $75 rebate for getting wheels installed outside of Ford. they have the price of the wheels right at $935 but how do I get info on this install rebate. did anyone go through this with the install rebate. please let me know.
