bumped into a friend of a friend the other evening in his M5. great guy and after watching him on an Auto X track, one hell of a driver!!!
rumor has it he's beaten a ported Cobra before and i know for a fact he's smacked around a lot of other cars. didn't get a chance to ask about his mods, i'll see what i can dig up this week.
after a little bit of driving we were able to make our way over to some private property and get in a run. quick thinking got us a 40 roll and we were off... we both hit it as close to dead even as it gets. i normally run until there is a clear winner in the space available. when i was a car / car and a half out and still pulling i let out.
