03 Cobra T56 5th and 6th gear issues

Hey Guys,

Was just wondering who could help me out in a little problem I'm having here.

5th and 6th gears are acting up. 5th gear feels like it doesn't want to come out of gear at times and 6th gear synchro pretty much feels like it's gone. It all started about 2 weeks ago. Still drivable if i manipulate it, but i just don't want to keep this in the back of my mind and then have it bite me in the arse later on.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

There is a washer in the 5th and 6th gear cluster that wears out and then starts to damage the shaft.
