Here is the best I can do or I'm just gonna keep it and go another way with it.
$3000 shipped. No valve covers, pulleys, front drive accessories, pulley bridges or brackets, no oil cooler. Everthing else from oil pan to cams included, except parts listed above.

$3K is a good price, but you should at least include valve covers. Get you a a cheap set off mach or 99-01 cobra.
I have a buddy that has a set off a 99 with build tag on it for $150 if you need a set.

I have 98 cobra valve covers on it now, so it won't be exposed to the elements or get crap in the heads. I am sure if someone buys it they can put what ever valve covers they want on it. Thanks for the info about the ones you have for sale.

Is it complete blower to oil pan right now? Or have you already tore in down
It is a long block, not a complete motor. There is no blower with a long block. It comes with everything that you would get if you bought a long block from Ford.
