03 Cobra ECU, Stock PCM, YDH1 Processor Code

I have a stock YDH1 ECU that I bought because I thought there was something wrong with mine. It turned out to be a problem with the tuning software, so I didn't need to use this one. I bought this off another member on this board, and was told it had never been flashed or chipped.

Pardon my ignorance but what is that for? I am not at all familiar with that. Let me know and I might just snatch it up because I am looking to build up my motor to cobra specs through a local tuner.
