03 cobra Eaton coating...advice

I got a question and I'm looking for a anzwer lol I have research and haven't found anything jet.

1) eaton coat was coming off so I clean them and polish the rotors.
2) will it affect power in a negative way.
3) if so how can or who can re-coat them.

i think you can send your blower to steggy and have them do the snakebite upgrade on it. they do somethin with the rotors.
