03 cobra block 5.0stroker 4v shortblock

Block had 2300k miles when it was pulled and stroked to a 5.0 liter Motor has never been ran. It is a Houston Performance 302. Eagle rods, Je pistons. Ford oil pump, Best I remember 9:1comp and 1000hp capable. This was a long block until tonight sold the heads off of it. Id like 4000 for it.
