03 Cobra and A/F ?

I have a buddy that just dynoed with the mods below. His A/F ratio was at 13.8 at a little below 6k rpm and trailed off to 13.5 at around 6200 rpm. Should he be concerned about this?

BBK LT's, BBK o/r h-pipe, Flowmaster catback, Johnny Lightning CAI, 2.80n pulley, colder plugs(forgot the brand) and a Diablo chip. 480 rwhp, 502 rwt SAE

Did all those mods go on at the same time? Is the chip tuned for all mods? Just wondering.

He did the exhaust first with the stock chip. His last round of mods were the CAI, pulley and chip. The chip was supposed to be programmed for his mods. I'll have to ask him if he told the guy that programmed the chip his exhaust mods. They told him they thought the dyno A/F sensor may be off. But, I redynoed since I added a 2.80 pulley and the strange thing is I richened up from my 2.93 pulley. With the 2.93 pulley I was at 12.1 around 6k. With only the addition of the 2.80 pulley on this day my A/F was 11.1 at around 6k. If anything the dyno was reading lower.
