03 cobra and 03 mustang...same car?!

Ok got into a crazy conversation/argument today at work and i'd like yalls opinions. here we go: Are 03 mustangs and 03 cobras the same car? or rather is an 03 cobra a mustang also? i say no cuz nearly all of the parts on a cobra are different. cobras are made by a different area of ford than mustangs. unfortunately, i think ford calls them mustang cobras and i know puts a damn mustang on the front of the cobras (damn idiots). so forget the name of the two cars, are they the same? discuss. :read:

nope, same car.

unlike SRT4 owners, we still know our cars are "Still just a Mustang".

aside from the motor, tranny, IRS and a few other performance related components, its the same.

Nah, just kidding... they are basically the same, but if you tell someone its a cobra, I've noticed that they pay alot closer attention to you cuz its so well known. Maybe I'm just biased on my opinion, but I don't think its all that bad as someone stated, there isn't ever gonna be a perfect car even tho I'm sure we all wish there would be.

Just a Mustang?? Are you high?? When people ask me what I drive I tell them a TERMINATOR Cobra. I could have gotten "Just a Mustang" for much cheaper. You get more than the cute little certificate.
