03 cobra 10th anniversary

Saw a Red 03 Cobra 10th anniversary on rt 1 in Ipswich today. Stopped to take a look at it and noticed the engine and tranny were missing and the interior was all torn up. Probably a stolen vehicle, anyones on here? The body looked good but thats about it. No motor/trans/exhaust and had Y2K wheels.

I don't know, i think they bought it from auction and are gonna frankenstein the thing up.

i looked at one that was for sale that matches that description. The owner said he melted a head, pulled the engine to put in a built motor but never did. He wanted a lot of money for it without the engine. He bought another 03 and put the 10th interior in it. but then he went to put the interior back in when he was trying to sell it, but he just plopped it in, didnt bolt it down or anything.

I havent even driven the car yet, i had blew a head gasket (along with part of the head). I should have it ready to go by spring. I did buy all the MM bushings along with the diff brace, hope it holds up.
