03 aviator head parts

i recently picked up a set of heads off an 03 aviator they have the same casting number as the 03 cobra heads my question is will the valves springs ect.... work or do i need to get proper valves and things also need to know if the timing chain and sprockets will work when i do the swap

They are the same. The 2C5Z prefix is actually for an Aviator, so technically the Cobra/Mach 1 uses heads sourced from the Aviator program.
