03-04 swap to a 99

Ready to start looking for a motor for my 99.I have found a couple at http://www.prestigemustang.com/index.php?dev=newarrivals&action=yearlister&cat=5 what all do I need aside from the motor,computer and harness? Will my T45 work? would appreciate any help.

If its a 99 cobra its an somewhat of an easy swap. I did one in a friends car in a week. we worked on it at night for a few hours and had it started a week later.

If its a 99 cobra the stock computer will work with the motor I would get a spare 99 cobra harness hack it a little to move a few sensors connections around (cam, coolant, crank, IAC, and IAT).

everything else is pretty much a drop in. IF its a 99 cobra, non-cobra = all infor above not valid.

i have a 2001 cobra and im doing a swap into an 04 .... my stock computer will work? except for some adjusments?? :shrug::banana:

how hard are those adjusments??
