Found this with a bit of research...probably won't be extremely cheap. For free though? You could at least make some money off those parts!

Parts needed:

Lower intake manifold
Intercooler/bolts
Intercooler pump and bracket w/ all hoses
Intercooler relay assembly with PCM pigtail
Intercooler reservoir
Eaton EGR setup (bracket, sensors, vacuum connections, PCM pigtails)
MAP/IAT2 sensor with PCM plug in (pigtail)
03/04 Timing Cover with gaskets
Valve cover gaskets
Upper pulley bridge wth idlers/tensioners
03 serpentine tensioner
03 Alternator with all 3 brackets
Lower pulley cage
03 Harmonic Balancer
03 Induction assembly MAF and TB
03 IAC valve with pigtail
03 Alternator pigtail

All bolts, studs, gaskets and misc other little pieces.

Yes, the blower will bolt up to the heads. There are knock sensor bungs in the valley under the intake manifold on the aluminum blocks. You'll need to knock those down with a grinder to clear the blower cooler and knock off a couple tabs off the intake ports of the heads for the same reason. No big deal, just tape up the intake ports on the heads and go to town for 20 minutes.
