03-04 frint bumper

I have a 03-04 cobra front bumper for sale that I got when I was backed into. Ended up getting another used bumper instead. The bumper is still wrapped up from when it was shipped to me. The bumper is bare and not painted. No chin spoiler or hardware for the fog lights. I live in southern md. Asking 250 obo
