03 04 Foglight Question

Hey,I recently did the 03 04 cobra front bumper swap on my 99,and im having an issue. I ordered Foglights for the bezels through ebay and tried to place them inside the bezels. They did not fit. If you took the glass housings off the bezels,they would fit right in,but with them on,there was no way it would go. So I figured "its a ebay product,which is why It didnt work". I then ordered the OEM ford 03 04 cobra foglights,and tried to install them ; did NOT work. Turns out the ebay ones were the correct foglights,and now I have two pair of foglights that wont go inside these bezels. Is there a certain way that these foglights mount into these bezels that im overlooking??

you mount the fog light from behind the bezel and then there are 4 holes in the back of the bezel you screw the fog light to it and should be done.
