Since KB does't sell their kits anymore, does anyone on here sell complete kits? If so, how much are we talking?

Complete kits pop in the market from time to time. Check out the "power adder" subforum on another Mustang website whose name I can't mention on here.

Otherwise there is a guy who puts kits together and resells them. I think his screename is 95sc

Looking at $2500-3000 for a complete kit

^ this. I bought my kit from 95sc (Derek) minus the blower. Great guy. A good friend of mine then bought one with an Eaton of of him

I got one from 95sc too. Good guy to deal with it and it had every nut and bolt I needed.
