03/04 Cobra Oil Cooler adapter

Anyone have one of these? the is the one that bolts on to the block and you add the oil filter and the sensor to it. mine cracked when threading in the sensor. look slike someone JB welded it before and re cracked. but id like to replace it with a new/good one. picture below is what I need.

I had mine welded shut at a radiator shop then I jus used the the other hole for the oil pressure sending unit. Or you can weld it shut and then drill and tap it.
