03-04 cobra motor in a 94gt

i was originally thinking about buying a dart motor and buying a turbo kit which total would cost me around 10k to do. . .then i was on turbomustangs.com the other day and saw someone was swapping an 03 motor into there gt and started doing some research but couldnt find anything on here what is it i will need to squeeze that monster of a motor into my 94 gt. . . i know i need the harness, motor, k-member etc. . will it sit on the stock motor mounts is there any special fabbing i need to do? thanks any help would be awesome....
