03-04 cobra big brake kit and rear calipers

Looking to sell my big brake kit for 03-04 mustang cobra. This kit allows you to run a 14” rotor but it only works with 18” rims. The kit consists of:
Brand new fully torqued racing brake kit bracket and spacers
Arp extended studs for the front
2010 gt500 brembos

Also have a set of rear calipers off a 03 cobra. Asking 400 for the fully torqued racing kit with arp studs.
Asking 550 for the 2010 gt500 brembos
Asking 100 for the rear calipers.

Are the brembos a direct bolt on or do they require modification?
