the connector of my 02 sensor melted together with the connector on the wiring harness. is there a way to repair this without replacing the entire harness? i cannot get the connectors apart

check the dealer... ask for the connectors... they sell alot of connectors with 6" or so of wire harness... you'll need to solder and heatshrink the connections.. don't crimp.

see if the dealer has both or the mate to the above connector... figure on 20 - 40 bucks each connector.
check ebay and junk yards... mps auto salvage on ebay has alot of mustang parts.. message them
