01 SVT cobra vs 2014 v6

my older brother just bought a new 2014, and with that of course he thinks he can beat the 01 cobra, its pretty much stock, all it has is K&N filter, and weld in flowmasters, vs his bone stock 14 with 12k miles, my cobra has 141k and runs strong, im not sure if he can win or not he wont let me drive it so idk how quick it is 1st hand. he wants too race this saturday we are both off work. both manual btw, which car is faster? i dont want too brag without doing my research beforehand lol

i wouldnt exactly call weld in flowmasters a exhaust upgrade lol but i been driving manual for past 4 years, he had sticks when he was younger but hes comming from a 2010 auto nissan altima. i can shift some gears. if its a drivers race i feel confident.
