I just finished a Cobra swap for a customer's GT, so I have his 40k mile GT engine leftover and for sale. Complete from oil pan to flywheel/clutch, and wiring harness and computer. This engine runs great, but does have slight bottom end ticking sound. Doesn't sound like a spun bearing, but may require attention down the road. PI aluminum heads, installed by the customer in an effort to find the cause of the ticking sound to no avail, have 6k miles on them. This engine is great for a GT swap into a V6 or other project car, or I will part out the PI heads, intake, or other parts separately.
Looking for $1000 for the complete assembly as described above. Does NOT include the upper intake plenum, but I have a 70mm Accufab throttle body/plenum I can include (or sell separately) for an additional $300.
I also have a complete 2000 GT I am parting out. E-mail with any questions or part requests. Every single part in the pics below is for sale except for OEM upper intake and throttle body.
