Hey there everyone i have a 2001 cobra with only 8500k.It has a Vortech S-trim @12#Boost,It dynoed @487RWHP and 444tq.I just ordered The piston and rod kit,mmr oil pump, arp heads stud, canton 7qt oil pan from MPH.I wuz told the stock bottom end could handle about 475hp,so i tore it apart for the winter. My goal is to run in the low 12's, high 11's up here in the mile high city.(denver)I also want to keep up with the '03 cobras And the Z06 vettes:pepper:

you'd only lose to pretty heavily modded 03/04s.. you got the lighter car with equal to more power!

"Only" pretty "heavily modded" 03/04s? :dw: :bs:

I love my Cobra and 04 Saleen, but friend, they don't call 03/04 Cobra's "Terminators" for nothing...
I would most definately take a lower hp'd ported or pullied 03/04 against his Vortech'd 480+ hp 01' anyday in a 1/4 mile run.

power under the curve. It's easier to extract speed from the terminator. They aren't god though. It just takes a skilled driver.
