01 Cobra wont go into 2nd

Hey i got a 01 cobra and i cant get it into second What causes this and how much to get fixed Thanks Guys

I was getting into it pretty good and went from 1st to 2nd kinda hard i guess and it was like nothing there would go in or anything if that makes sense all the other gears work fine any help would be great Thanks Guys

bad 2nd gear synchro, the 01 trans is well known for those issues from what i understand

if its the synchros it should grind right? is it grinding? i couldnt get mine into 5th or reverse it was a broken shift fork. i was getting on it pretty hard when i did it.
