So quick question guys, there is a 00R intake manifold that was cut up and the runners have been shortened, would anyone run this on a 99-01 car or use it as a desk paper weight? image.jpeg

Pretty sure with runners that short you won't see any gains unless you rev it upward of 7500, will lose bottom end torque as well

Will it fit? I think the because of the taller deck height the intake is slightly wider and won't fit?

I've read a couple of threads that say it's too wide stock but it has been cut down because it was a prototype, but was not scrapped and the people that are selling it say it will fit the 4.6, so I thought if it works then it would be a good base for a built upper intake manifold.

It's not a prototype, it's just a hacked up Cobra R intake made to fit a 4.6. Also, it may have the GT port size which makes in good for only a GT headed engine.
