00r Seatbelt Buckle

Hi:

When I received my 00R last week, it had seatbelts but NO buckle.

And one of the nuts on the seat rod was missing.

WTF

Could this have been a factory mistake.

The car was not raced.

Any ideas..........anyone have any buckles for sale?

Where can I get them.

Mike,

The buckle would be the same as what is on a GT so either a dealer or a junkyard would have them.

I would say it was impossible that it came from the factory without the seat belts as it is one of those things that is checked multipe times within the factory.

I ordered 2 new ones from Keystone Ford today.

The fun of buying a used car!

Hi Guys:

I spoke with the seller yesterday.

They took out the Recaros when the car was new and installed different seats.

When his son put the Recaros in again, he didn't install the seat belt buckles.

Lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe I got the car into Canada without functioning seat belts.

Go figure!

Well, I bought 2 seat belt buckles from Keystone Ford and installed them today.

Seatbelts are a law in Winnipeg.
