pilot bearing

When I rebuilt the engine, I changed out to a magnum XL (connected the 2 outside the car), but didn't change the pilot bearing. The transmission was also rotated to the point I had to add spacers to the driver's side motor mount for the shifter to fit through the hole. I'm not sure which...
