I'm not sure or not if the SAI has been turned off in my tune or not cause it was tuned before I got it. What I did was I unplugged the SAI connector. My question is how long before the cel comes on? My goal is to remove it so I can add a fmic to my vortech.

I'm running around on a 97 4v and running a vortech at 8psi non-intercooled. The IAT I'm seeing just crusing is like 150* and sometimes WOT like 165*. I'm just wondering how on par the temps are and if anyone is running similar temps.
Is it that really important. I'm running a vortech at 8 psi that's already tuned so would deleting them need a retune cause I really don't want to retune it.
Has anyone added a air to air intercooler to a vortech setup. I have a 97 cobra and I don't think the aftercooler setup is worth the extra 1700 and wonder if there's a air to air kit out there.
What is the correct idle on a 97 cobra? I took care of the hanging idle but making a restricted plate for the iac cause cleaning the maf and tb didnt help. Idle is at 1050-1100rpm Thats where i learned i had a upr big mouth air filters and a PMS MAF calibrated for 42lbs inj.While i was looking...
