i had a 95 s/c gt and had no probs launching on street tires, but my 98 w/4.10 gears and 275 40 17 bfg/ta is hard to figure out somtimes i get a better launch starting in 2nd gear. im sure i will figure it out but im just curious to see how someone else is getting this done.

well i just bought a 98 cobra w/ ati & intercooler 42# injectors and an msd. it is detonating at wot from like 6000 rpm and up but at 3/4 throttle @7000rpm no detonation. i know it has a dyno tuned chip but the 42#'s were installed after the custom tune. other than that the car idles great, and...
