I've been reading a lot about this oil issue, NOTHING has been touched on piston oil return ports or any pics of the actual piston. Toyota had the same issue with their 2AZ-FE engine, I know first hand because I seen the piston after disassembling the engine in my son's 2001 Chevy Prizm...
The cobra A-Pillar is a cross between the convertible and hardtop, they will mount the same but don't look the same.

It seems everyone talking about belts, but the belts in question seem to be of top quality. Bearings used on rebuilt parts tend to be on the cheaper side, where people are not able to see or check the quality. It seems everyone talking about belts
Sounds like the voltage regulator. This part is often overlooked or must people don't know some can be replaced or upgraded. I would use a handheld meter to load test the alternator, also load test the pumps and FPDM. I would think voltage shouldn't drop under load, but maintain a steedy 13+...
Ohm engine coolant sensor or while at idle remove connector from sensor and the fans should kick on, if not your sensor is INOP.

I believe the hose came off your pumps, due to the BAP pressure flowing thru 5/16 hose will have some back pressure, also stock pump do not have barbs to secure the hoses and are slightly tapered. I believe you should have 3/8 hoses, as far as keeping the hoses on stock pump it's a gamble. I...
As long as you don't change the meter foot print or increase the inner diameter of the tubing and place your meter in the same position you should be ok.

Block plug used, drill out square hole DO NOT make hole the size of snout studs, bevel edge with sanding place face down into pullie, use press to insert plug, then use press on snout to lock in place on plugs DO NOT use in lube.

I believe a stock lower can be used as long as the bushing do not show any damage and or not 10+ years old. I replaced mine with block plugs then pressed the snout into the plug, it provides a very nice tight fit.

Double check all wiring around supercharger, sounds like once the metal expands it create a short, but it can only happen when its hot.

Get a better flow across the meter, also to be able to clock MAF, it looks better then HB and it's the same OD, but a tab smaller on the ID and it's free. I really believe the HB pipe was molded incorrectly as well as the design on the air filter, given the point that there are too many...
So I decided to hack my HB today, to find a better flow method to all madness. I also attempted to fab a pipe for the meter out of PVC.

Disregard the prior messages. Old school trick used on TPS in Foxbody, was to drill the mount holes a little bigger which allows you to clock the sensor for more adjustment.

Disconnect and ohm test the TPS. The sensor could have a crack on the wiper, as you turn the TB the readings should increase and decrease very smoothly, if not it's defective.

Maybe clock it upside down, JLT high flow setup has the MAF upside down, it would be worth a shot. I would think your MAF housing is 95mm, as most aftermarket kits are at, stock is 90mm. I have a C&L 95mm, but change to JLT kit.

Swap sensor with know good sensor on oppsite bank side, if code switches to good side you've found your problem.
