I have my stock water temp gauge still on and i have a autometer lunar water temp, my stock one read normal or in the middle, while my autometer one read between 240 and 250, the sensor is connected on the bypass tubing by the kenne bell, is this normal????

Just got a spec 3+ clutch aluminum flywheel, ford gt 40 fuel pumps, but my car is running lean according to the XCAL 2 but before getting it tune i read that the clutch has to be broken in. My question is will the engine be fine for 700 miles till the clutch gets broken in...THKS
