I always leakdown engines after a cam install to verify correct install.
What does the shop who did the work think? They shouldn't be looking to you for ideas on what's wrong, they need to figure it out.
Got in on KOLD at 16 back in December. Sold half at 34 today. Hopefully the other half will ride up to ~100 or so in the next 12 months.
What else are you guys looking at right now?
Thats the lambo on beadlocks.
I know probably half of the vehicles in the video. I tuned a few and my old gtr is in a few of the videos.
Some of the guys have serious cash... others have serious debt! Lol
Did your tuner swing the a/f back and forth? Did they also do the same with timing? Is the a/f bump around 4100 rpm followed by the torque sag intentional or is that a lazy tune? I try to avoid having the leanest part of a wot run at or near peak torque because that's where cylinder pressure is...
What is the oil pressure at 3krpm 4krpm and 5krpm when oil temp is 150+? What weight oil? Those clearences are much higher than oem so I hope you're not using 5-20. What port are you using to measure pressure?
The idle oil pressure doesn't matter as long as its moving some oil.
Have you opened...
I've used it back when they had the ngauge. Logging was absolutely horrible. If you're doing any real tuning(not just disabling codes) i would suggest against it.
I do use hptuners for other platforms and I like it, so it's nothing against hptuners.
Mmr probably blocks off the relief.
Id stop driving it until you get the pressure under control or ambient temps come up. Keeping a filter together will only further stress the rest of the oiling system.
