im debating whether i should buy th JLT cold air kit and remove my strut tower bar. will this help or hurt my performance. also where cam i buy a mild cam for a 4v cheap! how much hp does that give you?

Any suggestions on what my first couple of mods should be on my 96 cobra? I'm looking into spending about $1,000 for now but i want the best bang for my buck! I currently have a B&M shifter, x-pipe with cats, flowmaster mufflers, and a pair of nittos. All responces appreciated.
