I know the difference between an the 99/00 L's and the 01 L but (ie, taillights, maf, spark plug thread issue, 3.73's, Bilsteins ) were there any changes/differences between an 01 and an 02, 03 or 04 ?

My L has a very rough ride with the Bilsteins, stock springs and drop shackles. I've lowered tire pressure but didn't really help.
Any suggestions on shocks besides Bilsteins ? Anybody using Edelbrock shocks ?

Installed a 4lb lower pulley and diablo chip yesterday and lost power in comparison to the stock lower pulley and a super chip !
The problem must be in the chip ? I can hear the blower spinning faster but I've lost responsiveness/power. Feels like the timing is retarted. Also my service engine...

Before I install my new 4lb lower pulley I was hoping I could get some feeback. I've been seriously considering returning the 4lb pulley and just work within the stock boost paramaters. Am I asking for problems ? Is the difference in power worth the cost and the rick of over spinning the blower...
Running dual magnaflow straight through mufflers with 3" pipe and I get " hissing " noise that starts about 4000 rpm ? Anyone know what it is ? Another member made mention to a similar noise months back. His description was " sounds like an air hose in a 55 galloon drum ". Please help ! Thanks
Had a flex-a-lite #270 " monster " dual electric fan installed on my L yesterday. Installation took about three hours. There is small but noticable increase in bottom end power. Maybe the best thing is the elimination of that nasty sounding fan clutch ! Cooling appears to be better than before...
Purchased a set of lakewood traction bars ( lakewood part #21715 ) per a prior thread recommendation. ( I had a terrible wheel hop and poor traction ). Took about two hours to install in my garage and totally changed my L. Burn outs are straight, zero wheel hop, less wheel spin and firmer...
Can't believe it but from a rolling start I got pulled by about a car length this morning by a porsche boxter. I had traction and everything just plain got beat. Backed off at about 80 mph and accepted the loss. Tempted to put on the higher output pulleys etc. :shrug:
I'm trying to remove my computer to install a superchip but I can't get the computer far enough out to disconnect the wiring harness. ( Don't want to pull to hard and damage the connector and or wires ).
Should I just install the chip dirctly into the front of the computer and not bother with...
Just replaced my stock muffler with a single dual inlet/outlet magnaflow muffler. Also added a 2 1/2 " crossover pipe just ahead of the muffler and just behind the o2 sensor. I expected it to increase my exhaust sound and add a little power. To my surprise it actually quieted down my L a bit but...
