    Q & A Session... - Ask a Ford Dealer

Well I used my X plan to add a new Xploder to the fleet. The dealer was very helpful and even dug up a private offer I forgot about. Do dealers hate all the various alphabet plans?

    Q & A Session... - Ask a Ford Dealer

Appreciate all the answers over the l years in this thread. I may have done a poor job asking…… I assume paying 3800 under MSRP for a lowly XLT won’t happen and the discount of 2K isn’t getting layered on X plan price.

    Q & A Session... - Ask a Ford Dealer

Revisiting this thread as it’s car buying time again…… If I have an X plan price that the Ford website generates for a dealer vehicle that is within a few bucks of what they are showing online for that vehicle for the general public is there room for them to show me any savings? Example 2023...

Warning no Ford content!!! Starting with the basics, getting decent sized rubber under this old girl. 285/40/17 NT555 and 245/45 up front. Heavy wheels but I had to have the retro look Dropping it an inch in the back to get back the factory -1/2 “ rear stance then deal with the 60 year old...

    1969 Olds 442

Bob, Not heading to the Valley as a participant, looks like I may watch a few friends in the FAST Event that runs along with Musclepooloza. That’s another rabbit hole of 14” bias ply classics running in the 10’s OP If your on social media join a brand group, ex-68-69 GTO has a page of its own...

    1969 Olds 442

If your looking at GTO’s or any Pontiac pay the $85 and get the history and billing info from Pontiac Historical Services. Pontiac’s are extremely well documented and the info could save a lot of heartburn 22K could be a great deal if that car was an original 2 barrel column shifted GTO...

    1969 Olds 442

You could spend weeks learning about 1969 442’s and their quirks. If you jump on Hagertys site and do quick valuation you’ll see they selling it at a number 4 value, a driver. If your looking to get the nicest car for 20K(or your budget) I would go on a learning frenzy and then spend your...

Glock Triggers - what are you running?

Stock sites do suck, plastic and goofy. I run Hackathorn Ameriglow on my carry guns, the lites are nice and bright even 10+ years out.

Glock Triggers - what are you running?

For a carry glock I always went factory parts, clean and polish 3.5 pound connector, polish the safety plunger and if your willing to ensure function and change springs now and then, remove 2-3 coils off the factory striker spring. Note-Always used Glock brand springs after trying all the...
