    I had a similar error for the CD player. If it won't eject anything and doesn't seem to make noise when switching disks then there may be a worm gear that has fallen out of the disk changer. When I pulled the head unit out it had fallen out of the changer and was laying on top of the radio...

    Full Tilt Boogie is the way to go! One of the best mods ever. Also if you're pulling the IRS out, it's a good time to do gears, seals, bearings etc!

    Well I don't think you'd go wrong by replacing the cap. At the very least you could rule it out at that point. I'm going to guess that your heater works as well? Maybe a clogged core? Just throwing an idea your way. Good luck!
